Clipper Participation Agreement

This agreement applies to every editor or publisher who applies for or participates in a KlipCrew campaign.

1. Independent participation

Participation is independent and campaign-based. This agreement does not create employment, guaranteed hours, exclusivity, benefits, agency, partnership, or a promise of assignments or earnings. You control whether to claim an eligible campaign, subject to its brief and deadlines.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, provide accurate application and payout information, comply with laws that apply to you, and use only platforms and payment methods legally available in your region.

3. Campaign terms

Before posting, review the campaign’s rate, valid-view window, payout cap, proof requirements, creator rules, approval requirements, and deadline. The published campaign terms control eligibility for that campaign.

4. Original and authorized work

Submit only work you personally created from KlipCrew-approved source material. Do not use unlicensed music, stolen clips, unauthorized likenesses, misleading claims, or material outside the campaign brief. Creator source files remain confidential.

5. Prohibited traffic

Never buy, automate, trade, incentivize, or manipulate views, clicks, followers, comments, shares, watch time, or other engagement. Bots, click farms, engagement pods, misleading redirects, duplicate submissions, and recycled third-party posts are ineligible.

6. Verification

You must submit accurate public URLs and required analytics. KlipCrew may wait until the published measurement window closes, request additional proof, exclude invalid or unavailable views, and reject submissions that cannot be verified.

7. Payouts and platform fee

Only approved performance is payable. KlipCrew deducts a 10% platform fee from approved gross payouts. The minimum payout is $25. Processing, receiving-bank, and currency-conversion charges may apply. Payout timing may vary with verification and payment-provider processing.

8. Taxes

You are responsible for taxes, registrations, permits, reporting, and records that apply to your independent earnings. KlipCrew may request lawful tax or identity documentation through a secure method; never post sensitive documents in Discord.

9. Content license

You grant KlipCrew and the applicable creator a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable license to review, reproduce, display, distribute, promote, archive, and report on an approved campaign clip and its performance. You retain ownership of your original editing contribution, subject to creator source rights and this license.

10. Conduct and removal

Harassment, fraud, infringement, confidentiality breaches, impersonation, unsafe conduct, and manipulation may result in rejection, withheld verification, removal, and referral to the relevant platform or authorities where appropriate.

11. Disputes and changes

Submit a payout dispute within 14 days of the status decision with supporting evidence. KlipCrew may update this agreement for future campaigns; material changes will be posted with a new effective date.
