Privacy Policy

This policy explains how KlipCrew handles information from creators, clippers, applicants, and site visitors.

Information we collect

We collect registration details such as name, email, Discord username, country, platform experience, creator or channel name, portfolio links, application answers, and accepted terms. We also collect creator source links and files, clip URLs, analytics proof, campaign activity, payment verification references, payout records, and operational notes.

How we use information

Information is used to review applications, provide creator services, manage campaigns, verify valid performance, prevent fraud, communicate status, process or document payments, enforce agreements, protect the service, and improve operations.

Service providers

We use providers including Cloudflare and OpenAI Sites for hosting and storage, Square for creator billing, Discord for community operations, and Meta platforms for advertising. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not receive complete payment-card details from Square.

Sharing

We share information only with personnel, approved creators or campaign participants, and providers that need it for the service; when required by law; or to investigate fraud, abuse, infringement, or security incidents. We do not sell applicant personal information.

International processing

KlipCrew serves participants in multiple countries. Information may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and service.

Retention

Application, campaign, payment, and dispute records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for operations, accounting, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and enforcement. Unneeded uploaded content may be deleted earlier according to creator instructions or operational policy.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. You may withdraw from an application or leave the community at any time. Creator subscriptions must be cancelled separately under the cancellation policy.

Security

Private status pages use high-entropy references. Treat the reference like a password and do not post it publicly. No system is completely secure; report suspected unauthorized access promptly through the official KlipCrew Discord.

Children

KlipCrew is for adults age 18 or older and is not intended for children.

Updates

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
